Hello, my name is Christy! I am a child of God; a wife to my high school sweetheart; a mom to my two children; my beautiful daughter and handsome son; and a grandmother to four most beautiful girls. A lot of about me pages share how they wanted to be a photographer since they were young, that's not my story. I had no idea that I wanted to be a photographer until I became one. I didn't dream of this career my entire life or write about it in my elementary career journal. My creative journey started with me designing invitations and flyers. I would have clients sending me the most distorted, unclear images of themselves to be placed on their invitations or flyer, not pleased with the results, I asked my husband to purchase me a camera. I started  taking pictures of clients, but what really pointed me to my dream job is when I did a sweet sixteen shoot of my best friend daughter, Now as a photographer I get to do the same thing instead of designing and creating flyers, I'm capturing and creating memories that matters the most to my clients lives. And lastly a big "Thank you" is only fitting for my husband for sacrificing and buying me my first camera to follow what I came to love.
